[Koha-devel] Build a roadmap for 21.11

Hi Koha developers,

There are still many workgroups waiting for love on the 21.11 roadmap.
One week left before we prioritize the different topics depending on
their number of members.

If you are willing to help the other people of the community during
the next six months, let us know!

It would be great to see more names, and even new names, on this document.
