[Koha-devel] translation issues fix script for Release Maintainers

Hello Koha Folks, RMaint fellows,
Struggling with translation issues at each release I've started to write 
a script to fix "most" small translation issues.
The script is to be executed in Koha's source folder after merging the 
translation branch.
