Hi community ;)

I've a bit updated this wiki page :

I've split the existing table into two :
Implemented hooks
Under development hooks

This way it is more clear what is in WIP.

Don't hesitate to add some description text and link to sample KPZ.
It will motivate people to create amazing plugins :)

PS : Plugins are awesome :D
