Hello all,

There is now a new manual branch. I have moved the 3.10 manual to
manual3.10.x and the master branch is now the working 3.12 manual.

I know there are translation scripts in place so if you need to make
changes here are the new branches:

Just a note to the translators that there are errors in the translated
manual folders that need to be patched:

If we're not using folders anymore and we're using another way to
translate the manuals please let me know and I'll delete those folders
and the errors will go away :)
