[Koha-docs] [PATCH 1/2] French translation update (miscellaneous)

I'm a bit confused by this. I can't seem to apply it and the subject
and email address are very wonky.
Here's the error I get:
new-host:manual nengard$ git am -3 -i -u fr1.txt
fatal: cannot convert from y to UTF-8
Can you maybe email the patch as an attachment? Or does anyone have an
idea of what to do to apply this patch?

PS. Please remember to tell me what version of the manual your patch
is for (this time I see the 3.8 part in the file, but I don't want to
have to look for that everytime (and it's not always there)
