Hi Bernardo and all ...
about the xml2po tool

I test it and as you said its more better in generating the pot po files
I edited the Procedure in :
http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_Manual

I try to translate some section in the po file and it go after
the Procedure translated xml and look very good
