[Koha-docs] Manual entry for feature of Bug 6831 (Analytics)

Hi Nicole,
yesterday I answered a mail to Elaine Bradke,
she referenced manual pages to create analytics.

Looking in the manual I found that there is no
mention to the feature incorporated in Bug 6831 [1]

I think the must be an entry to that way to create
analytic records, because you can't use both at
the same time, EasyAnalyticslRecords from Bug 5528 [2]
or enhanced workflow from Bug 6831 [2]

For EasyAnalytics you need
a) EasyAnalyticslRecords set to Show
b) UseControlNumber set to Don't use
c) Create record and link to parent item
(This is already in the manual)

For Enhanced Workflow
a) EasyAnalyticslRecords set to Don't show
b) UseControlNumber set to Use
c) Create record using 'New child record'

I'm not a librarian, but for comments on IRC I think that
the second is the recommended way.
