[Koha-docs] OPAC Self Registration improvement

Hello,

I propose to make it consistant with the template logic:

    [% IF PatronSelfRegistration && PatronSelfRegistrationDefaultCategory %]...

Had been fighting a bit not understanding why the message didn't show,
while having only allowed PatronSelfRegistration.
