[Koha-docs] Stable link to latest version of manual

We are going out of topic, but: On http://es.koha-community.org/manual/
says "This is only a proof of concept site", so I thought the only valid
place to find Koha manuals was manual.koha-community.org/, am I right? Or
maybe if the proof of concept is now mature enough might be there (or in
http://www.koha-community.org/documentation/).

The Spanish "es." site (where Bernardo did an excellent job) maybe confuse
other people, searching for an international site.
