[Koha-docs] A minor patch for the newstool section of the manual

Hi Nicole,

This is based on feedback from several local users who are non-native
speakers of English and not too saavy in the ways of a modern ILS like
Koha. IMHO the expanded explanation and the examples will make it
easier for them to grasp the nuances better.
