[Koha-docs] possible error at 16_cron_jobs

Hi,

Koha manual 17.11, at 16_cron_jobs. It read:

Note If the Koha System Preference ‘finesMode’ is set to ‘production’,
the fines are charged to the patron accounts. If set to ‘test’, the
fines are calculated but not applied.

However the ‘finesMode’ is allowed to set as:
Don't calcute
Calculate and charge
Calculate

There is impossible set to ‘production’.

Is it a bug?
