Main discussion points
==================

Action points (David)
* Skipped over as no substantive progress made over the last month.

Screenshots:
* Until automated screenshots is working, manual screenshots are fine in
the meantime.

Git for beginners:
* To add a section on git for beginners for editing manual, aimed at those
who aren't familiar with git. Some great links shared, so will add these to
this as well. (David)

KohaCon19:
* Documentation presentation and a workshop (workshop focused on release
notes and editing the manual with GitLab).
* Caroline, Lucy and David had a lunch meeting!

Progress:
* Taiga updated with the release notes in May before KohaCon. (Caroline)
* Changes to the manual: Martin Renvoize - section on contributing to Koha
in the introduction section.
* Chris Cormack: fixed errors caused by the continuous integration trying
to run - for those using the GitLab web interface to edit the manual using
their own forks.

Priorities for 19.05:
* Adding information on system preference changes and notices.
* Adding information about new features.

Other items:
* If Taiga access needed contact David, Caroline or Lee.
* Active work being done on German and fr-FR translations.
* Raise bugs on bugzilla for any text that is difficult to translate or
where there are typos.
* Mailing list archive to be made open (now completed).
* Mailing list website security certificates causing browser errors (bug
23072 raised).
