For all the other Koha Community mailing lists (apart from security as far as I can see) the archives can be viewed without needing to log in. Unless there is a reason, I recommend we allow the archives to be viewed without needing to log in. I changed some of the configuration to turn it into a discussion list like the others, but probably missed the setting for the mail archives. I am not sure if we can just turn it on now and how that would work for the old content. If you want, I can give you access to the configuration and you can take a look? Caroline should also have access already. Katrin Von: koha-docs-bounces at lists.koha-community.org Im Auftrag von David Nind Gesendet: Montag, 18. I had a quick look through all the archived posts, and these generally consisted of: - Patches (mainly the earlier posts) - Translation related - Fixes and improvements required to the manual - Some general Koha queries While there doesn't seem to be anything too different than what is in the other lists, I'm not sure of the privacy implications of changing all previous posts so they are publicly available. >From what I can see the setting for the archive is either all private, or all public (https://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/mailman-admin/node26.html). I will add this as an item to the agenda for the next Documentation IRC meeting.
