Hi Moyra,
I can confirm that I can replicate the problem.

This may be due to a known issue in Firefox:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=333915

That issue is linked to this one, which has been closed as fixed:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=635768

So perhaps the next upgrade release of Firefox will fix it?  In any 
event, I'm pretty sure its not a problem in Koha.
