[Koha-oz] Fwd: Koha 3.14 Released (Koha Pi)

Hi all,

Koha release manager, Galen Charlton has announced the release of Koha 3.14
- its Pi !!

This is a very exciting release for the Koha community.  Key features
include:
- Course reserves;
- New 'Bootstrap' theme for the OPAC, for better rendering on mobile
devices;
- A new offline circulation module that is entirely browser-based;
- Revamp of the serials predication system which allows for significantly
more flexibility in managing patterns;
- and more.
