I think this post  from Brooke Johnson to the Koha general list is worth
forwarding, given that the shut down of the American Government has

Looks like LC's websites are back in business, including the MARC standards
pages.  Based on an update on their website [1], I'm keeping my fingers
crossed that this isn't a fluke.
