[Koha-patches] [PATCH] Extend-Independant-Branches-to-allow-non-unique-item-barcodes

Have to send this one by hand because of the way I handle database
changes locally.  attached is the git patch file and an sql file.  The
contents of the sql file are to be included in
installer/data/*/updatedatabase.pl

This patch I use to make migration easier for me.  My librarians would
complain a lot if they had to re-barcode their library before switching
software.
