[Koha-patches] [PATCHES] Get Member Info From External Database

This is gonna be messy...

There will be attached several git patch files, and one sql file.  the
sql file is meant to be included in installer/data/*/updatedatabase.pl.
This adds the table needed for this whole mess to work.

I realized recently that the patch emails I was sending weren't getting
anywhere.  I realized this because I wasn't getting the CC's.  Turns out
I have to tell git where the company SMTP relay is.  Go figure.

I've done a bit of work on this feature, to the point of fixing some
bugs that I noticed myself.  That is why there are so many patch files
attached.  Like I said, messy.
