[Koha-patches] [PATCH] fixed session cookie name in opac-logout.pl

These are my first patches for Koha 3.  I have posted others in the past
for Koha 2.2 attached to bugzilla entries.

Unfortunately I don't have access to IRC from work.  Otherwise I would
be there.  Thanks anyway.

I'm using Koha in a medium sized school district with so far about a
quarter of our schools using it.  I've made many many changes of the
years, and am really happy to be using git.  Makes tracking my changes
much easier.
