[Koha-patches] [PATCH] Audio feedback for member status, issuing, and returning.

I support using flash here, as it is imo the simplest and most supported
means of getting
audible alerts to work.  To avoid complaints from the free software purists,
I'd suggest
wrapping it in a syspref so it can be completely disabled.   Longer term it
could be modularized so
that different mechanisms could be used to generate the alerts.
