[Koha-patches] [PATCH] Removing "Availability" label, as decided on #koha with owen & atz

Because the just after the label "availability" is written "items 
available" (or no items available) and that's twice "available" in 3 words.
I asked how to solve that, and owen/atz said the best was to remove the 
1st "Available".

As simple as that ;-)
