[Koha-patches] [PATCH] Add some info to Print Page screen: sort fields and total price

So, what do you suggest then?  Should I make those fields conditional,
with TMPL_IF's, or not show them.

This change is based on a request from one of my librarians, but I'll do
what I can to help out here.
