in fact, the installer used to display the message, and I think it was 
useful, as the librarian knows what has been done.
Unfortunately, some patch removed this features some months ago. If 
someone want to reintroduce it, I would be happy ;-)

Other comment : it's not an error message, so should not be on STDERR imo.
