Most of the changes seem good, and got some elements that I missed in the
original patch.

As far as content_hidden versus display: none goes, that was mainly an
asthetics change. The visibility: parts of staff-global.css seemed to be
unnecessary, so that's why I removed them. They also broke jQuery.show().
