Hmm, I was sure I checked for that.  I'll take another look.

Yeah, the <!-- TMPL_IF NAME="can_confirm" -->  can_confirm gets set only
if there is no hold.  I knew I checked for that.  I just tested it too,
and it seems to work.

Perhaps you are mistaken?
