[Koha-patches] [PATCH] bug 3034: Tag multiple items at once.

As the organization sponsoring this change, I would just like to add in 
my 2 cents and say that I also agree with Galen. I am all for improving 
the UI in a future patch, but for now I'd like to see this feature added 
as it helps to improve the usability of tagging multiple items for 
customers without requiring a few extra clicks.
