[Koha-patches] [PATCH] bug 3034: Tag multiple items at once.

I agree with the comments about the creeping clutter, and it was a  
concern while implementing the patch.  Note that I tried to reuse  
screen real estate by overlaying the sort selection during the tagging  
operation.

However, I thought it was best to get the functionality in there for  
my sponsoring organization (as represented by Danny Bouman).  Full  
disclosure: my ability to work through the UI issues depends on their  
desire to have me do so.

That being said, the "PowerEdit" button approach seems entirely  
reasonable to me.  Does it make sense to reconsider and/or overhaul  
the entire Koha UI with this in mind at some point?  My impression  
(without specific examples) is that the interface is not totally  
consistent throughout.
