[Koha-patches] [PATCH] bug 3100: increase width of alternate postal code

10 is probably just an American-centric default. The database can
store up to 25 characters. I wonder if it's more internationally
friendly to have as much room in the input as there is in the
database? Or is the international standard limit for postal codes 10
digits?
