Hi Owen,

This patch itself is fine except for a small wording issue (see
below).  The problem of mangled URLs is caused by bug 3141, for which
I will push a patch in a moment.  Please look at my suggestion below,
adjust the patch, file an enhancement bug for it, and resubmit.

I don't think the term "OPAC" should be used, as it's a bit of library
jargon that many patrons won't understand.  For a generic name, I
suggest something like 'In library catalog:'.
