I just took a quick look at this and I think it goes a long way
towards solving some of the problems U.S. libraries will have
regarding the storage of reading histories.

One thing I noticed: I tried clicking the "immediate deletion" button
without checking the "Confirm immediate deletion" button and it
appeared to continue with the operation anyway. I assume there should
have been a warning that I needed to check the checkbox before it
would proceed.

I'm not sure how the bulk anonymization tool works, so I don't know if
the two use different mechanisms. It looks like this one doesn't do
anything to the statistics table? Shouldn't that be part of the
process?
