I think that both approach is worth proposal :
first one with data files may encourage non programmers to store some 
Selenium test (mmmm.... I assume this is a daydreamer proposition)
second can be automated with PERL and this could be launched by a program.
I could not choose between one another on my own.
And I know that some ppl could be willing to send some more. I thought 
it could be good to initiate the pipe.
But I note your suggestion.
