[Koha-patches] [PATCH] Updates and clarifies the issues_stats (Checkout Statistics) help file. This patch created by Sharon Moreland (smoreland at nekls.org)

Regarding this patch - I have submitted a patch changing the page
title to 'Circulation Statistics' - since that's what it is (not just
checkout) - so I would put that title back on the help page as well.
