[Koha-patches] Patch to install on-screen keyboard in OPAC of koha-3.00.03

Please find attached a patch to enable a on screen keyboard in OPAC for
Devanagari /Telugu / Kannada languages.
Its intended use is to enable OPAC users to enter short search phrases in
the search box even if they don't have a unicode capable keyboard.
Installs cleanly on koha-3.00.03. To install simply run the install.sh file.
Notes to manually install are in the README.
Its easy to add additional languages. Just see the replykb1.js file which
has arrays for characters.
