[Koha-patches] [PATCH] New feature ceiling Due Date - database update

I think this would require ceilingDueDate to be added to:

   - installer/data/mysql/en/mandatory/sysprefs.sql
   -
   installer/data/mysql/fr-FR/1-Obligatoire/unimarc_standard_systemprefs.sql

at the same time.
