[Koha-patches] Resending patches--missed a few command-line options when formating them.

This is a resend of the 10 patches to add Default Messaging Preferences. 
The only difference between these and the last set is the signoff and the
patch numbering. Sorry for the inconvenience--I left out two command-line
options to git format-patch.
