The branch QA_biblibre_serials on git://github.com/colinsc/koha.git

This branch contains fixes from biblibre's serial mods branch rebased
onto current head with the conflicts between 3.4 master and the original
branch resolved. Branch mainly includes UI tweaks to some screens
including subscription add. A number of problems in the claims display
have been addressed
I've added a couple of commits one adding jquery.uitablefilter.js which
is used in a number of other commits, the other resolving some claims
issues.
