[Koha-patches] [PATCH 2/2] Rotating Collection > DB upgrade to 102

At some point I think either Frédéric or myself accidentally dropped
the template files from the patch. When I ported the feature to 3.x,
the code for returns.pl must not have been integrated. I've sent a
patch to fix these issues.
