[Koha-patches] [PATCH] Adds TLS support to LDAP auth

I didn't see a place for adding IO::Socket::SSL in
C4/Installers/PerlModules.pm; I just appended it in PerlDependencies.pm.
I'll get a supplemental patch out for ubuntu.packages out shortly.
