[Koha-patches] Bug 4904: Problem with printing fines in overdue notices

Hi Katrin

I was looking at this one to signoff and I notice that it still has a
use strict; line down where you made your change. I know its not part of
this, but we already have use strict at the top of the script.

Would you like to take that line out and resend this patch and ill sign
off on it.
