[PATCH 08/11] [SIGNED-OFF] bug 5579: remove unused routines

Remove the following routines which used to
handle embedding item data in the bibliographic record:

C4::Items::_replace_item_field_in_biblio
C4::Items::_add_item_field_to_biblio
