[Koha-translate] changes in includes/*top.inc and bottom.inc

In each top and bottom.inc files, you can replace :
/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue-home.pl

by

/cgi-bin/koha/loadmodules.pl?module=search&type=intranet

It launched MARC or standard search depending on systempref.

Done for en and fr.
