[Koha-translate] Fines in Koha

Hi,

the rule for calculating fines is specified by the user according to:

   Each box needs to be filled in with fine,time to start charging,
   charging cycle

   eg 1,7,7 = 1USD,EUR,etc fine, after 7 days, every 7 days

What exactly does this mean? Does this mean

   1. A late book is charged $1 after 7 days, i.e.,

      a. the late charge starts at $1
      b. a late book won't be charged immediately
      c. a late book will only be charged after being late for 7 days

   2. After charging the $1, the borrower is charged another $1
      after another 7 days, i.e.,

      a. additional charges are $1 each
      b. this additional $1 won't be charged immediately
	 on the next day after the first $1 is charged
      c. the additional $1 will only be charged after being late for
	 yet another 7 days?
