[Koha-translate] translation of 2.2

Hi all translators,

I just wanted to inform you that I've done the translation of OPAC to 
french with tmpl_process3 without any major problem. There was some 
errors in original templates, I fixed them.

I think you can begin translation process, the 2.2 is not too far from 
us, imho.
(note I don't have added online Help yet. That may add a lot of strings...)
