[Koha-translate] koha translation to es_ES

Hi,

I tried to translate koha to Spanish (2.2.8)...

Here are the results, I acept suggestions and colaborations (I am not sure
that all the translation is correct) Part of the Intranet it fails the
export to me, reason why it can that lacks things.
