[Koha-translate] Tetun/English translation of Koha

Hi
I am wanting to request a framework for a translation into East Timor's 
Tetun language but I am also wondering if it is possible to have the Tetun 
side by side with the English equivalent so Timorese library staff could 
learn English library terms as well when they use the program?
