[Koha-translate] translation for 3.0.1, a note

Hello translators,

You'll find a lot of new strings in the staff : we (BibLibre) have
translated to english all the strings in UNIMARC plugin templates. They
were hardcoded in french for years (2003 ?), now they are in english, so
they can be translated easily.
(note that make twice the work for us, as we had to translate strings
from french to english, then the translation file from english to french
again :( )
