[Koha-translate] Translate Koha 3.0 to Spanish

Hi all,

The OPAC translation for Spanish is finished in the web (I need the
approbation for the proposals).
 I translated some items of Intranet in a .po file.
Language: es
Region: ES
Country: Spain

I use the web interface (http://translate.koha.org)
