[Koha-translate] Tetun translation for Koha 3

Hi Karen,

Just checking in ... were you able to access the Tetum language via the
translation manager http://translate.koha.org? I just noticed that no strings
have been added in the past 4 days and wanted to make sure all is well,
and remind you of the 1 Feb deadline for submissions :-)
