[Koha-translate] Transition to translate.koha-community.org

Dear Koha Translators,

We're about to switch Koha translation web site from:

   http://translate.koha.org

to:

   http://translate.koha-community.org

This is not just a name change, the server itself will also be upgraded.
The new translation tool will be hosted on a dedicated server kindly
provided and managed by a French institution.

Six Pootle projects will be available: three projects per Koha branch,
3.2 and 3.4 (devel), opac, intranet and system preferences.

Here is the schedule for the switch:

   1. Friday 3rd December at 6am UTC (http://tinyurl.com/2aa6fau), the
      current server is stopped.
   2. Data is synchronized from the current to the new server.
   3. Monday 6th at 6am UTC, the new server is available and operational.
      Even if the server is up and running before this date, please don't
      try to use it before the announcement of its availability on this
      list.

Next Monday, you will have to register again on the new web site. Ask me
any question, directly or on this list.
