[Koha-translate] What next?

You don't have to wait 3.2 release to test your translation. You can 
test on 3.2beta. Do you have it installed? Do you know how to activate 
your language?

Koha system preferences are located in Admin > System preferences. They 
are defined in a bundle of .pref text files. Those files are translatable.
